The founder, Bětka Ježková, was unable to find the ideal headband despite great effort, one that would not fall off and stay firmly on the head, so she decided to make it herself. The bjež^® headbands and neck warmers are an indispensable accessory for every female runner and most importantly, they meet all 5Cs:

The name bjež^® did not just come about. It is a bit of a mispronunciation of the word "beige" and also an abbreviation of the founder's name.
