The company KOSTKA – kolobka was founded in 1992 by a natural person as a new business entity. The main field was metalworking and locksmithing. Over time, the production was equipped with modern laser technologies and welding robots, which directly influenced the creation and growth of a new manufacturing sector - the production of scooters.

Initially, it was a supplementary production of scooters intended for children. Over the course of several years, the company underwent a fundamental transformation. It built its own design team and development center, and scooter production soon became the main production program. The original concept of scooters was continuously innovated through constant development and growing experience to the current form, which is completely different from the initial one.

In recent years, the scooter has become an integral part of leisure activities for the general public and has begun to play an important role in everyday life as well. Scooters can be seen in city traffic, on bike paths, in the mountains, or even in large manufacturing or warehousing companies. The dynamic growth of the current scooter sport has also sparked the emergence of new sports disciplines that would have been hard to find in the past. There has been a massive development of dog sports and ordinary daily activities associated with walking. Today's scooter production is divided into several basic categories - scooters for children, adults, seniors, professional sports disciplines, tourism, and activities with dogs.

For continuous innovation, KOSTKA - kolobka uses the most modern technologies, which make it easier for them to keep ahead of the competition. The company's personal credo is to create new experiences, generate joy, and fun. KOSTKA - kolobka strives to cooperate with domestic suppliers and manufacturers in production and directly influences the development of Czech industry with its manufacturing activities.

ISO certificates confirm production quality

Since 2009, KOSTKA - kolobka, s. r. o. has been the holder of the Environmental Management System Certificate ISO 14001 : 2005 and the Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001 : 2001. Since February 2011, the company has been declaring the Integrated Management System Policy, which concerns quality and environmental protection.

KOSTKA - kolobka s.r.o. has become the owner of patents, industrial designs, and shapes based on international patent protection law.
