No bump, root or stone will ever catch you off guard again. In addition to inserts like the Diamana or Evo, you can also find tubeless valves here.
Innovative air flow
The side channels of the insert are shaped to create a Venturi effect: When the channels are narrowed, airflow velocity increases, ensuring that air moves quickly from the outside of the insert to the space between the insert and rim. This system extends absorption time and minimizes the amount of air in the tyre’s compression point, improving traction and wheel control.
Safety and long life
Inserts like the Diamana are made of EVA foam with high density and hardness, guaranteeing dimensional stability and constant airflow. And the result? Extremely long durability. Life expectancy is several years, even with heavy use and regardless of whether you're riding over terrain with roots and rocks or hitting the asphalt.

The inserts don't absorb any tubeless sealants, and they’re fully compatible with the common tubeless valves on the market. Their design allows them to work reliably at various pressure settings, even in the most demanding conditions. Italians don’t skimp on technology or materials. What do the abbreviations mean?
You may have noticed that the inserts have abbreviations SL, HD or XHD. Let’s have a look at what each one means:
- SL (Super Light) - the lightest version, less material density, less support for the sides of the tire, ideal for use where low weight is key (e.g. XC, trail).
- HD (Heavy Duty) - the medium option, with higher material density/stiffness, greater protection and support for the tire sides, and suitable for more demanding applications (e.g. trail, enduro).
- XHD (Extra Heavy Duty) - an even more robust option (available for some Tubolight models) for very demanding applications (e.g. enduro, DH, e-bike).
